Slick presentation but WRONG! The 'rules' presented to choose a password are easy to program into a password cracker. The passwords generated thus are not secure. I tried the example: "p4ssw0rd!" on your password tester. It ranked it reasonably strong. Yet it is obvious when you look at it. See http://xkcd.com/936/ for further explanation.
