I think this video needs remaking, I think it gives misleading information and misses important points.
1) Acne is not due to 'bad hygeine' and by saying 'good hygeine' helps spots this gives misleading information.
2) The single best thing most teenagers can do especially girls is stop using moisturisers and make-up to hide their spots. If they use anything at all it should be grease-free. The extra grease from these products blocks even more pores, and can be the cause in the first place.
3) IN my opinion the steps would go more like this
a) use NORMAL NON-PERFUMED soap to wash your face.
b) do NOT apply any skin-care products to your face, there is enough grease there anyway. No moisturiser, no make-up. No matter what you read (most people are trying to sell you something!
