A good movie! It grasps the concept of hedge funds in a clear cut way. However there are two important issues:

1. Guaranteed return: Hedge funds do not often offer a guaranteed return but they strive towards an absolute return (for instance 15% return per annum, regardless of market conditions).

2. Unregulated. It is not true that Hedge Funds are often unregulated. A lot of hedge funds are regulated with the SEC for instance.
